Help for older residents who want independence
September 18 - 23 is Adult Day Health Week, and at St. Camillus there are daily showcases of how programs can help adults maintain independence. Lisa Santmyer says the programs are 'respite' care that also provides health services and enrichment, to offer options to seniors to stay in their own lifestyles longer.
