SYRACUSE -- A Syracuse man is accused of fondling himself in front of a Corcoran High School student.
The girl arrived at the high school around 8 a.m. Monday and told the School Resource Officer that a man exposed himself to her and started fondling himself while she was walking in Upper Onondaga Park.
21-year-old Samuel Case of 117 Eloise Terrace in Syracuse is charged with one count of public lewdness, a misdemeanor. He was sent to the Onondaga County Justice Center pending his arraignment in Syracuse City Court.
This isn't the first time Case has been arrested. Police say he was involved in similar incidents in the Syracuse University area between November 2010 and February 2011. In those cases, he was charged with five counts of public lewdness and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
