GRANBY, OSWEGO CO. -- A Pennellville man is accused of having sexual relations with a girl younger than 15.
30-year-old Arthur Gordon Pitre, of 744 CR 10 Apt. 64, is charged with rape, criminal sex act and endangering the welfare of a child.
Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say he had sex with the girl at a home in the Town of Granby during February 2011.
Pitre was arraigned in Granby Town Court and sent to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond. He's due back in court on October 3.
This case remains an open investigation.
