SYRACUSE -- You can expect to see several changes the next time you head to Carousel Center.
The new H&M location will open its doors at 10 a.m. Thursday. The new 20,000 square foot store is partially located in the expansion project and will offer the public a sneak peak into the new space.
H&M originally opened locally in 2000.
The new H&M store is located near the Lord & Taylor on the first floor and is the first store to include space into the expansion.
With H&M moving into the new store, Forever 21 will move into the former H&M location and begin construction immediately on the 55,000 square foot space.
On Monday, Panera Bread will open in Carousel Center on the first floor under the food court. It will offer the first outdoor seating to customers of Carousel Center.
