RICHLAND, OSWEGO CO. -- The Fort Drum soldier accused of leading police on a massive manhunt through several local countieshas been arrested again.

20-year-old Russell Marcum, of 10334 4th Division Drive Apt. Rm. 223B, is accused of participating in a break-in at a storage facility and taking several items.

Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say it happened on September 11 in the Town of Richland.

Marcum was arraigned in Richland Town Court with bail set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond. He's due back in court on that charge on October 24.

As you may recall, Marcum was the subject of a manhunt earlier this month and was later caught in Dryden, in Tompkins County.

Authorities say Marcum escaped from custody, stole a car in Virgil, in Cortland County and then lead police on a chase.
