SCRIBA, OSWEGO COUNTY -- Union workers at the FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant in Scriba voted to ratify a new contract Wednesday.
Union Spokesperson Ted Skerpon tells CNY Central 206 members voted -- which is 87% of the membership.
The final tally was 176 votes for the new contract, 30 votes against the new contract.
Union leaders reached a tentative agreement last Friday with Entergy, the company that runs the plant.
