HURON, WAYNE COUNTY -- Police say they arrested Patricia A. Sutton, 33, for endangering the welfare of a child.
State Police say the arrest followed a motor vehicle accident on Wilson Road in the Town of Huron in late June where three children were ejected from Sutton's vehicle and seriously injured.
Police also ticketed Sutton for unsafe speed, failure to keep right, not wearing a seatbelt and for having unbelted children in her vehicle.
Sutton is expected to appear in the Town of Huron Court on October 24.
