HANNIBAL, OSWEGO COUNTY -- A Syracuse sex offender was arrested for 2008 charges after he allegedly failed to update his change of address.
Police say that Kevin C. Streiff, 57, of Boyden Street Building 414, “was arrested based on an arrest warrant issued out of the Town of Hannibal Court charging him with sex offender failure to report change, sex offender failure to verify and sex offender registry violation.”
Streiff was arraigned in Oswego County Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $7500 cash or $15000 bond.
Streiff is expected to return to court next week.
