SENECA FALLS, SENECA COUNTY -- A Seneca Falls man was arrested Monday for the rape of a 12-year-old girl.
Seneca Falls Police say it is alleged that Johnny L. Goodwine Jr., 21, had at least three sexual encounters with a 12-year-old girl from Seneca Falls beginning in September.
Police arrested Goodwine for felony rape, felony criminal sexual act, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Goodwine was arraigned in the Town of Junius Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $10,000 cash or $20,000 Insured Bond.
A felony hearing is scheduled for October 14.
