KORTRIGHT, DELAWARE CO. -- A Delaware County man is accused of rape.
29-year-old Daniel Fullington, of Meredith, is charged with first degree rape.
State Police say it stems from a call to Delaware County 911 on October 8th, reporting a sexual assault that happened in the Town of Kortright.
Fullington was arraigned in the Town of Davenport Court and was committed to the Delaware County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash bail. The investigation continues.
