MARCELLUS -- Some people are dealing without water in Marcellus.
Onondaga County Water Authority Executive Director Michael Hooker says there was a series of breaks Monday afternoon in the area. He says it looks like a pressure control valve may have failed, but there is no definite cause yet.
By 7:00pm, crews were working on the third of four breaks. Water pressure had already returned for some customers. Hooker says water should be back for everyone later Monday night.
