CAZENOVIA -- A Cazenovia funeral director is facing sexual abuse charges.
State Police arrested 46-year-old Brian Tait. He is the owner of Tait Funeral Home on Fenner Road in Cazenovia. Tait is charged with forcible touching and sexual abuse.
Investigators say Tait subjected a 24-year-old woman to inappropriate physical exams, and told her they were necessary to work at the funeral home. She was an employee at the time.
