CNY looks pretty 'cold' from a satellite: here's a way to warm it up
Here's one woman's idea for making CNY a happier place: a small, random act of kindness for a stranger.
Yvonne Conte is a motivational speaker in 'real' life, and says a positive attitude will make you feel good. To prove it, she plans to pick out 20 Central New Yorkers over the next week (at Bohemian Beans Cafe' in the Regional Market Commons, or at The Kind Coffee Company on West Fayette Street in Syracuse), and give them a card, asking to pay the kidness forward by doing something nice, and then let them know about it on a Facebook page (facebook.com@CNYRandomActsofKindness )
And, there's an incentive: she's passing out $2 to all her 'winners.'
