MEXICO, OSWEGO COUNTY -- Two were charged with the manufacturing of meth in Mexico following a meth lab bust last week.
Police say that Melanie M. Halsey, 26, and Richard A. Badgley, 33, were arrested for the unlawful manufacturing of methamphetamine, criminal possession of a controlled substance, and criminal possession of precursors of methamphetamine.
The arrests stem from an ongoing investigation into a meth lab located at 459 County Route 41 in the Town of Mexico.
Halsey and Badgley were arraigned before Town of Mexico Court and remanded without bail. They are scheduled to return to court on November 22.
