UTICA -- A Utica man was arrested for allegedly raping a 16-year-old girl.
According to New York State Police, 22-year-old Daiquan Spight, was charged with the forcible rape of a 16-year-old girl in Utica Monday.
The arrest followed a three day investigation.
Spight was arraigned in Utica City Court and was remanded to the Oneida County Jail.
Police say the victim is receiving services through the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center.
