Beaver Lake Nature Center is getting ready for its 'Enchanted Beaver Lake'...with a busy week of activities before it all opens to the public on Thursday.
Onondaga County's Park Commissioner, Bill Lansley, says they welcome volunteers to come help carve the 400+ pumpkins that will be set out on two wooded trails. 638-2519 is the contact number.
'Enchanted Beaver Lake' opens Thursday evening and runs til Sunday, 6 - 8:30pm. In addition to the pumpkin strolls, they'll have family friendly events, including an owl show, face painting, magic shows and more. Admission is $3 per person (under 3 free) with a $5 per vehicle parking fee...and you MUST PRE-ARRANGE PARKING by calling 638-2519, picking your date, and picking up the pass in advance. Enjoy!
