SYRACUSE -- The Skaneateles football team is under suspension again following a judge's ruling this morning.

The case was back in State Supreme Court before Judge Brian DeJoseph. The judge upheld the finding by the Section III's Athletic Council to suspend the team. The judge ruled they did not have a right to a preliminary injunction.

The Skaneateles superintendent says they will appeal through the State Appellate Court. He plans to contact school board members and recommend they appeal, saying it has to be done by this afternoon. We should know shortly if they will appeal.

Head football coach Tim Green has denied allegations he tried to illegally recruit at least nine players from other schools over the past two years.
