CORTLAND CO. -- A McGraw man is accused of raping a woman.

37-year-old Paul O'Neill, of 2752 Center Road, is charged with aggravated sexual abuse and rape.

Cortland County Sheriff's deputies say O'Neill forcibly sexually assaulted a woman between the ages of 30 and 50-year-old several times at an unnamed location in Cortland County. It allegedly happened between July and October of this year.

O'Neill was arraigned in Freetown Town Court and held on $100,000 cash bail or $200,000 bond. He's due back in Freetown Court on November 9.

The investigation continues and additional charges are pending.
