Corning woman charged with Leandra’s Law

CORNING, STEUBEN CO. -- A Corning woman was arrested under Leandra’s Law.

Police say they arrested 49-year-old Barbara J. Nazarczyk for driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of over .18%.

Police say Nazarczyk had a juvenile in the car.

Nazarczyk was issued uniform traffic tickets to appear in court at a later date.
