FULTON, OSWEGO CO. -- A Pulaski man is accused of raping a child.
27-year-old David Ryan Steele, of 4922 Jefferson Street, is charged with rape and endangering the welfare of a child.
Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say he had sexual intercourse with a victim under the age of 17. It allegedly happened in Fulton in October.
Steele was arraigned in Fulton City Court and sent to the Oswego County Jail without bail. He's due back in court tomorrow.
