PLYMOUTH, CHENANGO CO. -- An Oxford woman is accused of stealing a wedding and engagement ring.
35-year-old Kimberly A. Bishop was arrested by the Chenango County Sheriffs Office Tuesday.
Detectives say Bishop is accused stealing an engagement ring and wedding band from a victim in the Town of Plymouth.
Police have recovered the rings.
Bishop was issued an appearance ticket to appear in court at a later date. Additional arrests are pending.
