CHENANGO CO. -- A Sherburne-Earlville student is accused of selling marijuana to a classmate.

The 14-year-old, who is not being identified, is charged with criminal sale of marijuana.

Chenango County Sheriff's deputies say the teenager was selling pot to another student in the school.

The teen was issue a juvenile appearance ticket to appear at probation services with his parents at a later date.
