ALBANY (AP) -- Federal authorities say a 20-year-old man from upstate New York has pleaded guilty in federal court to charges he made and passed counterfeit money.
According to prosecutors, Anthony Paris of Oswego admitted to two felonies for conspiring to make and pass counterfeit $10 and $20 bills and for passing them.
He faces up to 20 years in prison and up to $250,000 fine at sentencing April 13.
The prosecution followed an investigation by Oswego police and the U.S. Secret Service.
