JEFFERSON COUNTY -- A Jefferson County man is facing multiple charges after he's caught allegedly trying to sell drugs.

A 7-year-old child was with Finley at the time of the arrest, according to investigators.

Finley is charged with the criminal sale of a controlled substance (which is a felony), criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, and endangering the welfare of a child.

Finley was arraigned and sent to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $10,000 cash bail.
