BALDWINSVILLE -- The division general manager for Rural Metro in Syracuse is scheduled to appear in court tonight to face drunk driving charges.

45-year-old Michael Addario was pulled over on Route 31, near Route 370, in Baldwinsville on November 13.

Baldwinsville Police Chief Michael Lefancheck tells CNYCentral an ambulance driver spotted Addario driving erratically.

Addario is scheduled to appear in Baldwinsville Village Court at 6 p.m. tonight.
