New York Mills man faces felony charges
A New York Mills man is under arrest for posing as a salesman and offering to do work for a marcy company.
State Police say 36 year old William Beery offered to install a security system, presenting himself as a salesman for Security Networks--which he did not work for. He reportedly accepted a down payment. Beery is also charged with writing and passing a check valued at over two thousand dollars, on a closed account. Both charges are felonies.
