SULLIVAN -- A Canastota man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a crash in the town of Sullivan.
It happened just before one Saturday morning. State police say 53-year-old Nicholas Lang was driving a pickup truck on Cayuga Avenue when he crossed the opposite lane and hit a truck parked along the street. No one was in the parked truck.
Police say Lang had a blood alcohol content of.19%.. Lang was charged with DWI, Aggravated DWI with a BAC over .18% and Failure to Keep Right. He is scheduled to appear in town of Sullivan court on December 13th.
