ONEIDA COUNTY -- A trial date has been set for the man accused of killing an Oneida County Sheriff's deputy.
Christian Patterson appeared in Oneida County Court Monday morning. The judge set the trial for January 30th. Patterson is facing several charges, including aggravated murder.
Investigators say he shot and killed Deputy Kurt Wyman during a stand off at Patterson's home in Knoxboro in June. Wyman was trying to take Patterson into custody at the time.
