WESTMORELAND -- Two people are facing charges in a home invasion robbery in Westmoreland in 2010.

24-year-old Lydia Perry-Mosher, of 717 Wolf Street in Syracuse, is charged with robbery. 64-year-old John Frateschi, formerly of 5816 Stonegate Heights Drive in Jamesville, is charged with burglary.

State police say the two entered a Westmoreland home in March of 2010 and forcibly stole from a woman.

Perry-Mosher was arraigned in the Town of Westmoreland Court and sent to the Oneida County Jail on bail.

Frateschi was arraigned in Oneida County Court. He was already an inmate at Groveland Correctional Facility. He's serving time for attempted robbery and burglary charges from an unrelated incident in Onondaga County.
