SCRIBA, OSWEGO, CO. -- A Clyde man allegedly drove his pickup truck into the Scriba Town Inn Monday night.

Jeffrey S. Rose, 29, reportedly crashed his 1999 Chevrolet pickup truck into the Scriba Town Inn causing significant damage to the front and interior of the building.

Rose was arrested for driving while intoxicated, unlawful possession of marijuana, and criminal mischief.

According to the Oswego Co. Sheriff’s Office, Rose had a prior DWI charge in 2006.

Rose was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court and remanded to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $1000.00 bail. He is expected to appear in court in January.
