FULTON -- A Oswego County man is in jail, facing several charges after allegedly sexually abusing two children a decade ago.
According to the Oswego County Sheriff's Office, early Wednesday afternoon deputies arrested 45-year-old Martin Lain Woodward of Rathburn Road in Fulton on the charges of felony first degree rape (two counts), felony first degree criminal sex act, felony sexual conduct against a child, and misdemeanor sex abuse. Police say that in 2003 and 2004 Woodward allegedly had a variety of sexual contacts with a female less than 13 years old at a location in the Town of Hannibal.

Police say the two incidents involve different alleged victims.

He is scheduled to return to Hannibal Town Court on January 10. He was also arraigned on the second sex abuse charge under the same bail and will return to Granby Town Court on January 9.
