CICERO -- A man charged with drunk driving in connection with a deadly crash won't be able to drive for awhile.

Timothy Williams, 45, appeared in Cicero Town Court Thursday on a DWI charge. Police say he was drunk when 17-year-old Taylor Fleming pulled out in front of him on Northern Boulevard in December. Fleming passed away a few days later. Williams is not charged in Fleming's death.

Williams pleaded not guilty. His license was suspended, which his attorney says is standard practice in a DWI case.

Since Fleming's death, the community has come together to support her family. There have already been fundraisers to benefit the Flemings, and a concert is planned for this weekend in her honor.
