PARISH, OSWEGO CO. -- A Pulaski woman was arrested for DWI following a hit and run accident in Cicero.

Police say Ciara A. DeSocio, 30, was reportedly on a watch list put out by Onondaga County regarding a hit and run motor vehicle accident in Cicero.

DeSocio was found under the influence of alcohol while behind the wheel of a vehicle sitting on the side of SR 104 in the Town of Parish. She was reportedly found by a member of the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office in a car with license plates that matched the watch list vehicle.
Ms. DeSocio was arraigned before Town of Parish Court and released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to return to court at a future date.
