HANNIBAL, OSWEGO CO. -- Five people are facing charges in a robbery at a Hannibal business that left a man beaten.

It happened around 7:20 p.m. on December 29 at Northern Forestry Products on County Route 7.

State police say during the robbery, a man was beaten and his pick-up truck was stolen along with numerous items of clothing and tools.

Police arrested the following people in connection with the case: Scott Bowman, of Pennellville, David Wait, of Hannibal, Dominick Strange, of Fulton, Richard Delaney, of Fulton, and April Fullmer, of Pennellville.

Investigators say Fullmer got into a fight with the man about the ownership of the truck and convinced the four men to go to the business and forcibly take the truck. The man suffered a broken nose, contusions and abrasions.

Bowman, Wait, Strange and Delaney are all charged with robbery. They were arraigned and posted bail.

Fullmer is charged with conspiracy and criminal possession of stolen property. She was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Schroeppel Court on Wednesday.
