SANDY CREEK, OSWEGO CO. -- A Sandy Creek man is accused of throwing a woman to the ground and forcing her into a vehicle during a domestic dispute.
26-year-old George Graham, of 22 White Birches Lane, charged with strangulation, unlawful imprisonment, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, operator leaving the scene of a property damage accident and imprudent speed.
Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say he threw the woman to the ground, placed an article of clothing over her mouth and forced her into a vehicle, holding the victim's hands to restrain them from leaving as he drove.
Deputies say Graham lost control of the 1999 Jeep Cherokee on January 6, slamming into a guard wire as he approached SR 3 and Carter Drive.
He was arraigned in the Town of Sandy Creek Court and was released on his own recognizance.
