NORTH SYRACUSE -- A North Syracuse man has been indicted on several charges after a deadly drunk driving crash.

Prosecutors say 52-year-old Harry McLeod of Allen Road hit another driver, 78-year-old Edward Warner, on Brewerton Road in Salina on October 14.

They say McLeod was drunk and driving with no headlights at night. He is facing several charges, including vehicular homicide, vehicular manslaughter, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, and aggravated driving while intoxicated.

The district attorney's office says McLeod's blood-alcohol level was measured at 0.23%, almost three times the legal limit for driving. His car clipped a traffic sign and two cars in the Town of Salina before crashing into a car making a turn into a car wash. Warner died four days later.

McLeod could face up to 25 years in prison. He has not yet entered a plea in this case.
