HASTINGS, OSWEGO CO. -- A Syracuse man is facing more charges after getting 28 previous traffic tickets.

Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say 27-year-old John Piraino, of 250 Patricia Drive, was pulled over on US Rt. 11 in the Town of Hastings just before 11 a.m. on January 16. Deputies say he was seen passing two cars on the crest of a hill in a no-passing zone.

He is charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, passed vehicle right and drove to left of pavement markings.

This isn't Piranio's first run in with police. His license was already suspended with 28 previous tickets on six different occasions.
