SCRIBA, OSWEGO CO. -- An Oswego man is accused of having sexual contact with a minor.
66-year-old Francisco Rodriguez, of 5461 SR 104, is charged with sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say he had sexual contact with a girl younger than 17-years-old. It allegedly happened in Scriba in October.
Rodriguez was released on appearance tickets. He is due back in court on February 2.
