WATERLOO -- A Geneva woman is accused of selling powerful painkillers and having a semi-automatic pistol.

28-year-old Susan Panna, of 32 State Street, is charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a weapon.

Seneca County Sheriff's deputies say Panna sold hydrocodone and oxycodone pills in the Village of Waterloo. When she was arrested, deputies say she was carrying a .380 semi-automatic pistol that she was not licensed to have.

Panna is also charged with unlicensed operator and unlawful window tint.

She was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and sent to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2,000 cash bail or $4,000 secured bond. She is scheduled to be back in court on January 24.
