VOLNEY, OSWEGO CO. -- A Fulton man got so angry during a fight, he broke a victim's glasses in half and later smashed through a window with his head.
Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say 24-year-old Jimmy Dygert, of 427 Silk Road Bldg. 43, got into a fight at a home in Volney, striking the victim in the face with a closed fist multiple times and broke their glasses in half.
While he was in an interview room, deputies say Dygert got so agitated, he slammed the window of the door with his head, shattering the glass.
Dygert is charged with assault and criminal mischief. He was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Oswego City Court at a later date.
