MEXICO, OSWEGO CO. -- A Hastings man is accused of threatening to kill the President.

Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say 46-year-old Rance Michaels Sr., of 1816 US Rt. 11, got angry and threatened to kill the President of the United States. It allegedly happened during an interview at the Oswego County Department of Social Services building in Mexico.

Michaels was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket.
