SYRACUSE -- There is a new push to kick out Occupy Syracuse protestors after dark.

The Syracuse Urban Renewal Agency owns the plot of land known as Perseverance Park where protestors have been gathering. The group is meeting Tuesday to look at changing the rules at the park that would prevent people from staying overnight.

The Occupy encampment on South Salina Street was taken down after the city claimed the tents were not safe and were a fire hazard.

Some people are still protesting on the site without their tents.
