'The Voice' may be on NBC-3 after the Super Bowl on Sunday, but the show's first winner, from last season, is touring, and paid our Weekend Today in Central New York Saturday show a visit before his concert at Syracuse's Westcott Theater on Saturday night.
Javier Colon is the show's first season winner---the Connecticut native didn't want to talk about SU-UConn, but did want to talk about his music, which he says is finally getting recognized. He'll be singing much of the music from his newest CD, just out, at tonight's concert (8pm) at the Westcott Theater, before going on to engagements in New York City.
