ROME -- Police in Rome, northwest of Utica, have made an arrest in a murder for hire plot.
Angela Tefft, 28, is accused of paying anther person, to kill a member of her family.
Officers started the investigation after getting a tips call about the plot.
Teffts is charged with criminal solicitation. She was sent to the Oneida County Jail on $75,000 bail.
