STANLEY, ONTARIO CO. -- An Ontario County man is accused of sexually abusing a 7-year-old child.
55-year-old David McQuay, of 2956 State Route 245 in Stanley, was arrested Wednesday night and charged with first degree sexual abuse, a felony.
State police say McQuay had sexual contact with a 7-year-old child at his home. He was sent to the Ontario County Jail pending a court hearing.
