A man arrested for shoplifting at the Cortlandville Super Wal*Mart two weeks ago, has now been charged in a second shoplifting incident at the same store.

Cortland Sheriff's Deputies arrested 21 year old Anthony Cummings, from 81 Lincoln Ave in Cortland, for shoplifting at the Super Wal*Mart on January 30th.  Deputies say they then linked Cummings to another shoplifting incident, at the same store, just 5 days earlier, on January 25th.   He's now been arrested for both, and is due back in court on February 27th.
