A Syracuse University program that teaches nutrition counseling is offering those services at very low cost, in order to have 'patients' that its students can practice with.

Dr. Tanya Horacek, who teaches in the Department of Public Health, Food Studies and Nutrition at SU, says there are two private, and two phone or on-line consults, addressing dietary issues and looking at lifestyles to ensure overall health.  For community members, the bottom-line cost is $20.

Signups need to be done this coming week  (by Feb 15 unless there are extra openings) at 443-2386.
