Neither he, or 8 year old were hurt when the SUV flipped

State Police have charged a Cicero man with DWI, and for having a child in the car that he crashed.

CICERO -- A Cicero man has been arrested for DWI, with the charges increased because there was a young child in his vehicle.

Troopers say 49-year-old Franci Ngumbi, from Steamship Manhattan in the Town of Cicero, was coming off Interstate 81 northbound just before Route 31 on Saturday evening about 5:10 pm when his Toyota Highlander rolled over.  His blood alcohol level was .22%, according to investigators.

In additon to the DWI, he's charged with Leandra's Law because there was an 8-year-old in the vehicle.  Neither of the two was injured.
