WEST MONROE, OSWEGO CO. -- A West Monroe man is facing arson charges, accused of setting a fire last year.

36-year-old Thomas Groth, of 39 Morey Rd., is charged with arson and criminal mischief.

Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say he intentionally set a fire in the Town of West Monroe on December 19.

Groth was arraigned in the Town of Constantia Court and sent to the Oswego County Correctional Facility without bail. He is scheduled to be back in court on April 2.
