OSWEGO -- An Oswego man is accused of raping a child.
Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say 32-year-old Frank Hamilton, of 337 Thompson Rd. Bldg. G3, engaged in sexual intercourse with a victim younger than 15-years-old. They say it happened at a Scriba home around June 15 or 16, 2011.
He is charged with rape and endangering the welfare of a child.
Hamilton was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court and sent to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond. He is due back in court on February 16.
